PraeCraft LLC ("PraeCraft," "we," "us," or "our") develops Pipeline, an AI-powered collaborative workspace application for macOS, iOS, and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how Pipeline handles your information. We've designed Pipeline with privacy at its foundation — most of your data never leaves your device.

1.Information That Stays on Your Device

Pipeline is built on a local-first architecture. The following data is created and stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to PraeCraft or any third party:

• Conversations and messages — All chat history with AI agents is stored in a local SQLite database on your device.
• Workspaces and subtopics — Your organizational structure, workspace settings, and agent configurations remain local.
• User profiles — Names, avatars, and preferences for all users on your device are stored locally.
• Files and attachments — Files you attach are processed locally. Images sent for AI vision analysis are transmitted only to Anthropic (see Section 2).
• API keys — Your Anthropic API key is stored in your operating system's secure credential store (macOS Keychain on Mac, Keychain Services on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android). PraeCraft never has access to your API key.
• Application settings — Theme preferences, model selections, window state, and all other settings are stored locally.

2.Information Shared with Anthropic

When you send a message in Pipeline, the conversation is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic") via their Claude API to generate AI responses. This is the core functionality of Pipeline.

Anthropic processes this data according to their own policies. Under Anthropic's API usage policy, data sent via the API is not used to train their AI models. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for complete details.

3.Information Shared with Lemon Squeezy (Subscription & Licensing)

Pipeline uses Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) as our merchant of record for subscription purchases, license issuance, and payment processing. When you purchase a Pipeline subscription:

• Lemon Squeezy collects the personal information necessary to process your transaction — name, email, billing address, payment card information, and applicable tax-jurisdiction information. This data is governed by Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
• PraeCraft receives, from Lemon Squeezy, only your email address and license key for support and license-management purposes. We do not receive your payment information.
• License activation and validation — When the Pipeline app activates or periodically re-validates your license, it transmits your license key to the Lemon Squeezy License API. No conversation content, no personal device data, and no other user information is included in license calls.
• Offline use — The app caches a successful license validation for up to seven days, allowing offline use without re-contacting the licensing service.

4.Information We Collect Directly

PraeCraft does not operate servers that collect, store, or process your personal data. We do not collect:

• Analytics or usage telemetry
• Crash reports (unless you voluntarily submit one)
• Device identifiers or fingerprints
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers
• Conversation content or metadata

If you contact us at support@praecraft.com, we retain your email address and the contents of your correspondence solely to resolve your inquiry, and only for as long as necessary for that purpose.

5.Data Security

Pipeline employs the following protections:

• API key encryption — Your Anthropic API key is stored using your operating system's native secure credential storage, never in plain text.
• Encrypted transmission — All communication with Anthropic and Lemon Squeezy is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Local storage — Conversation data does not leave your device (except as described in Section 2), eliminating server-side data breach risk.
• Hardened runtime — The macOS application runs with Apple's Hardened Runtime protections enabled and is signed and notarized by Apple.
• IPC isolation — All privileged operations within Pipeline are gated through audited authorization checks (52 authorization gates across 64 inter-process communication handlers as of release).

6.Your Rights and Data Control

Because your data is stored locally, you retain control of it at all times:

• In-app deletion — Pipeline provides an in-app option to delete individual conversations, entire workspaces, your user account, or all application data. Account deletion is accessible from Settings → Account → Delete account & all data.
• Uninstall removes all local data — Removing the application removes all local data the app created.
• Subscription cancellation — Manage or cancel your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal at any time. Cancellation does not automatically delete app data; use the in-app deletion controls for that.
• Export — Conversations can be exported to Markdown (.md) files from within Pipeline.
• Access requests — Because we hold no conversation data on our servers, the only data we hold about you is your subscription email and license key. Request a copy or deletion by emailing support@praecraft.com.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have about you, request deletion of that information, and request correction of inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email support@praecraft.com.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or port your personal data, and the right to object to processing. The legal basis for processing the limited data described in this policy is performance of the subscription contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate business interests in providing customer support (Article 6(1)(f)). For data processed by Lemon Squeezy and Anthropic, refer to their respective privacy policies for the basis on which they process your data. To exercise your rights, email support@praecraft.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7.Children's Privacy

Pipeline is not intended for and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has used Pipeline or provided personal information, please contact us at support@praecraft.com and we will delete the information.

8.Third-Party Services Summary

• Anthropic, PBC — Claude API. Receives conversation content for AI response generation. Anthropic Privacy Policy.
• Lemon Squeezy LLC — Merchant of record. Handles subscription purchase, payment, license issuance, and customer billing portal. Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.

Pipeline does not integrate with advertising networks, analytics services, social media platforms, or any other third-party data processors.

9.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify users from within Pipeline. Continued use of Pipeline after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
