These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pipeline, a software application developed and licensed by PraeCraft LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("PraeCraft," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, activating, or using Pipeline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pipeline.
Pipeline is a subscription software product. You bring your own AI provider API key and are responsible for the costs and terms of that provider. Your data is stored locally on your device. You must be at least 13 years old (and have the legal capacity to enter contracts) to use Pipeline. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under Arizona law, with a small-claims-court carve-out.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active subscription, PraeCraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pipeline on the number of devices permitted by your subscription tier, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of Pipeline. PraeCraft retains all right, title, and interest in and to Pipeline, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Pipeline except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law; (b) sublicense, lease, sell, or distribute Pipeline; (c) remove or modify proprietary notices; (d) use Pipeline to develop a competing product; (e) bypass, disable, or circumvent any license-validation, technical-protection, or access-control mechanism in Pipeline.
Pipeline is offered through subscription tiers. Current tiers, features, and pricing are published on buypipeline.ai and within Pipeline. PraeCraft may update pricing or tier features for new subscriptions or for renewals on at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers will receive notice before any change affects their billing.
Subscription benefits, including device limits and feature access, are enforced through your License Key. License Keys are non-transferable and may not be shared across multiple unrelated subscribers.
All Pipeline subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC as the merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Refunds are governed by Lemon Squeezy's standard policy, which provides a fourteen (14) day money-back period from the date of initial purchase, subject to the conditions stated in Lemon Squeezy's policy. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact Lemon Squeezy through the customer portal or email support@praecraft.com for assistance.
Pipeline uses third-party AI Providers (currently Anthropic, PBC) to generate AI responses. Pipeline does not bundle or resell Provider API access. You are responsible for:
Important. Your subscription to Pipeline does not include any Provider API usage credits. PraeCraft has no contractual or financial relationship with you regarding your Provider account, and is not liable for any charges, suspensions, or losses you incur with a Provider.
You agree not to use Pipeline to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.
You retain all ownership of User Content you create or upload within Pipeline. PraeCraft does not claim any rights to your User Content.
Because Pipeline operates on a local-first architecture, your User Content is stored on your device. PraeCraft does not have access to, store, or process your User Content on its servers. You are responsible for backing up your User Content; uninstalling Pipeline removes all locally-stored User Content.
You represent and warrant that any User Content you create or process through Pipeline does not violate the rights of any third party and does not violate any applicable law.
Pipeline supports multiple Users sharing a single device through Workspaces with role-based permissions (owner, admin, member, viewer). If you invite or grant access to another User on your device:
PraeCraft may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, or new versions of Pipeline. Updates are user-initiated by default. PraeCraft reserves the right to discontinue or modify features, including for compatibility, security, or commercial reasons, on reasonable notice.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Pipeline, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
PIPELINE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. PRAECRAFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PIPELINE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
AI-generated content produced by Providers through Pipeline may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. PraeCraft makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRAECRAFT, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PIPELINE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF PRAECRAFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
PRAECRAFT'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR PIPELINE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID PRAECRAFT (THROUGH LEMON SQUEEZY) FOR PIPELINE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY IN FULL TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PraeCraft and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Pipeline; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any Provider's terms.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling Pipeline. PraeCraft may suspend or terminate your subscription and access to Pipeline at any time for material breach of these Terms, including violation of Section 7 (Acceptable Use), failure of payment, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination: (a) your license to use Pipeline ceases; (b) you must uninstall Pipeline; (c) provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, and 18) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Please read this section carefully. It limits your rights to pursue disputes in court and to participate in class actions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or Pipeline ("Dispute") shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between you and PraeCraft. If the Dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of written notice, the Dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Maricopa County, Arizona, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class action waiver. You and PraeCraft each waive the right to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action arising out of these Terms or Pipeline.
Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for any qualifying Dispute in lieu of arbitration.
Injunctive relief carve-out. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information without first proceeding to arbitration.
PraeCraft may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where practical, by notice within Pipeline or by email. Continued use of Pipeline after the Effective Date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
